The following are some of the terms and conditions by which Blackwell licenses Collection Manager™ including any future enhancements to either database or Licensee.

The license granted is revocable, nontransferable, and nonexclusive. The licensee agrees to use Collection Manager™ solely for inquiring about or ordering books from Blackwell.

The licensee should release the passwords within their organization on a need-to-know basis only. LICENSEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED ON AND ALL ACTIONS TAKEN WITH THE ASSIGNED PASSWORDS.

The information contained in Collection Manager™ is sensitive and proprietary to Blackwell. Blackwell desires, and Licensee agrees, to keep the information confidential. The licensee may network Collection Manager™ within its own organization, but it will not allow third parties access to either Collection Manager™ or any information derived from Collection Manager™, including, but not limited to, Tables of Contents data.

Use of the database constitutes acceptance of the terms described herein.
